One of the guys here have hit a button on the printer when he was switching out material and now it is stops printing at about 36" (width) I have 54" material in there and I do not know what he did so any help would be great. thanks
Make sure that the paper size is set to Roll, and not CutSheet. On the Mutoh Falcon printers, it is pretty easy to inadvertedly change from one to the other. 36 inches sounds like a CAD paper size for cut sheet E-size drawings.
On the printer, make sure your media detect is on and normal
Check media width in the printer, if it is correct, then width is probably being overridden by RIP
I believe that with the media detect off, you have to manually enter the media width in mm.
If you need to do so, a metric converter is located here: http://www.mutoh.com/userresources/conversion.html
