Mutoh JR - Needs an Overhaul

Hello...
I am running a Mutoh Junior 36".
It works OK, but lately, seems to be having some glitches (usually at the busiest time).

What parts should be replaced to do an overhaul?
I would like to replace most everything that should be updated.

Anyone done this before & might have a suggested checklist?

The machine is a little over a year old.
I have recently replaced the ink lines & dampers.

It is also recommended that the maintenance station be replaced every 6 months.
This is only a Preventative Maintenance action designed to minimize down time in the event of failure.

Might depend a lot on the kind of 'glitches' you are seeing.

If you give us more info, we may have some more ideas.

I would start with the maintainice station. The pump, capping station, waste lines.
