Mutoh Kona Cut Quality

To keep things simple, basically for the last few months, the quality of cuts our Kona has been putting out is getting terrible. I'm going to let the pictures do the talking, and see if anyone has any ideas.

This happens with all media, even non-laminated. Have tried adjusting the speed and force, as well as replacing both the blade AND spring. Makes no difference.

Looks like a terrible blade, also I would readjust the depth to make sure that is correct. If that all fails buy a new carraige holder for it. Just my suggestions
