My Kona Cutter seems to be on the ropes...
Just will not perform a good cut no matter what.

    - Although the test calibration cuts come out perfect and there is a brand new blade installed, every time I perform a job cut I get a partial cut through on the vinyl and the blade's indentation never appears on the paper.
..But when I do a calibration and perform a calibration test, the indentation on the paper is perfect.

    Any ideas, anyone?
Thanks in advance for taking a look & reply!

Is your software overriding the plotter settings?
