mutoh kona freezing

Wanted to ask if anyone lately experiencing this. Have a mutoh kona with an onyx print and cut process. Once in awhile I encounter the plotter freezing or stopping in a middle of a lenghty run. The one I'm running was only 90" long. Please suggestions?
