And also any help on why on start up the machine comes up <10> Dynamic Ram Error.

That looks like a cutter from 1998.
I dont see any drivers listed for it.

Probably a main board problem. But maybe Randya has some insight on that. he's with Mutoh America.

You may be better off finding another used one for parts.
