same. unless you go off brand or bulk, expect to pay 60-65 for 220's.

I read somewhere, way back when....

that you could actually use the 440 cartridges (from the bigger printer?) only problem was they stuck WAY out the back, leaving potential for damage.

Don't know if the per/ml is any cheaper for these either. Anyone ever try this, or have further info on it?

The firmware don't support it... The machine measures the ink based on pump cycles... 1204 firmware only supports 220 ML cartridges... If you put a 440 ML cartridge in it you will get the dreaded 'CMYK' 'empty. or 'not original' error... JMO
