Has anyone experienced thhis unusual happening? My printer was finishing up a print and whent through the cut cycle, had an issues that prompted a cut error and then the whole machine shut off like the power was shut off. there was not LED display the on off switch did not work, and when unplugged nothing came back. I have checked the fuse and the outlet along with the cord. There is power at the plug, continuity tested on the power plug on the machine states ok. but the machine will not turn on.
