I am having problems with the quality of prints. They were looking pretty fuzzy and not clean lines and streaky. So i did the nozzle check and it looks like the first picture attached so i did some cleaningd, cleaned the maintenance station, emptied the waste ink did another head cleaning, another nozzle check and it wad worse. I cant get it any better now. Any ideas?

Cleaning

Looks like a value jet. try putting some cleaning solution in the cap top and see if it drains out, you may have a clogged tube. Most times if you can't get good pull from the pump you get drop out like you have. Another thing it could be is dried ink on the head. get a clean piece of rag the size of the cap top. soak it in cleaning solution and move the head back over the cap top, let it soak for a few hours.
