Mutoh Repair Services for Tanzania Africa

Hello All i bought a Mutoh Value Jet VJ 1614 about two years ago and the machine has been giving me alot of problems. The dealers where i bought the machine from have not been able to fix the problem. The whole thing started with an error massage "E118 Err Sub tank Lo-K" Now, when ever we switch on the printer it demands for ink refill but gets stuck at 98% when refilling the sub tanks. This goes on for a long time to the extent that the smart chips records that there in no more inks in thecartridges yet there is a lot of it in them.
I seek an everlasting solution to this problem. Please help.

Hi,

I am a Mutoh Service Technician in Hungary - in Europe
I think, you have to replace the K (Black) 2-way valve.
Your dealer can order this from mutoh.
You can order just the all valves, it means 4 valves.
I advise to you that, change all valves.
