Mutoh RJ900 Wasatch Problem ?

Mutoh RJ900C Sublimation.

When I load a rip , the printer will only print about 8 to 10 inches of
artwork....will not print the whole 42 inch width of file.
Will print total length of file but will not print width. ??
I use wasatch Softrip....never had a problem before.
I have re-booted and re started printer many times.
Printer does measure paper at start up no problem.
Layout setting in software is at 42 inches.

Can anyone give me a hand ?? Thanks.

are you on windows or mac? try to print with the driver - no wasatch - to see if it's the rip or the printer. and turn the paper size check off - you know the size, the printer doesn't need to now.

Update

Turns out some parameters in the printer got changed some how, do not
know if power surge or what...??
Now printing.
