Hi All, Im new here.
I have acquired this plotter from a sign writer friend. It died on him many years ago and he had it sitting in storage.
I do have an electronics engineer to hand to repair it but needs some help identifying the blown part.
We're pretty sure it is the power supply that is the issue. The componant has blown beyond recognition. We can not tell what rating it should be. We have the output voltages for each of the outputs from the PSU but not the current rating.
Does anyone have any advice on obtaining this information?
I will try to post a picture of the exact position of the blown part.
I am grateful for any help what so ever.
