Mutoh Value Jet 1624 problem with ink

I have problem with ink on my printer(Mutoh Value Jet 1624), Ink does not pull into hose. Hose from the tank to the ink after maintance assy are empty, Littlecharge or cleansing, etc does not help. Maintance Assy is new and working.
I have no idea how to fix that problem. I will be happy for any advice.

go to cr maintainance, try to put cleaning liquid in cap, and switch on pumps- click down button, if its not pulling liquid down, then your tubes under are blocked
if its just this then its no problem
