Mutoh ValueCut 2 Stops Cutting Before Finishing

Hello All -

We have a Mutoh ValueCut 2, which runs on Vertelith. We have a problem that comes up normally on cutting larger items, which is that the cutter will stop with a few inches of the print that has not been cut.
We're wondering if this is some type of memory buffer issue because of large files? If that's the likely cause, does anyone know how to set Verelith to send smaller packets to the cutter to prevent this?

Most cutters have a small memory and rely on the computer to continuously feed it data. In most cases, if that stops in the middle of a job, the computer went to sleep. Check your computer's energy saving settings and turn of sleep.
