Anyone got a full maintenance manual for this?

Issues with printing black. Thought it was just a few nozzles but spot black does not print at all so need to diagnose a little before a dreaded new head. Have tried head soak and multiple cleanings

I am going to replace the damper and see if it helps.

My fault - left for a little while and didn't use it.

I can limp along using CMY black when printing at 1440 but not the best solution.

Thanks in advance and any input would be appreciated.

Any one know the cheapest place for a new head and any of you guys in the Missouri area want to replace it ??

You should be able to recover the head with a soak and a few cleanings. I would double check the the maintenance station is't clogged first to be sure that it can pull the ink down through the head properly. Changing the damper may help but it is probably going to be a maintenance station issue or the head is just too clogged to recover.
