Been having an amazingly difficult time trying to secure a new carriage belt for our Mutoh Vinyl cutter (VC2-1800 74"). Mutoh cannot sell it to us directly, other vendors do not carry, is out of stock of or cannot order it for us.
Does anyone have a spare they are willing to sell or are able to purchase one from their rep that they can sell/ship to us??? Our current rep is trying to sell me a 8" x-axis belt for the past 4 weeks even though we provided a part number from Mutoh they do not think we are wanting the right part ....
