Good day!
I have a Mutoh VJ 1304 that doesn't print anything. The dumpers are full of ink, the head has ink also, but when I send something to print, the media is empty, there is nothing printed and the head is moving left to right.
I understand that an electrical resistance (fuse) maybe is broken. Is that correct? Where is that resistance (fuse) located? I need an urgent answer.
