Need Help Mutoh VJ-1324 - cleaning station

Hello,
I have a problem with my Mutoh VJ-1324. The wiper does not return to the correct position on the cleaning station.
When the cleaning function is activated, it stops in the position shown in the picture.
Then an error occurs because the head gets stuck in the wiper.
Is there any solution?

Its most likely caused by gummed up ink under wiper where it slides. it has happened to me and I couldn't free it up so I pulled the rubber wiper till I got a new capping station, If you don't every time it does its daily cleaning it will stop and error and not park the head. Also, I just every now and then would carefully clean the the bottom of head with foam cleaning pad until capping station was replaced.

My wiper moves left and right.
But I don't think it's the correct step.
It works the other way around. Instead of returning to its original position, it moves forward, where it stays.
Before the printing process starts, the head hits the wiper rubber.

Disassemble the pump... Theres a half moon female gear that is weared. I suggest u to replace the full cleaning station if u dont have a donor to that gear
