My Mutoh VJ-1324 had clogged nozzles and wasn't printing anything. I soaked the head and pulled ink through the dampers and had about 98% of the nozzles working perfectly. 1 day later I went to print and it was off-color. After doing a nozzle check I found Cyan & Yellow were at 100%, Black only had one set working at 100%. There is nothing coming from half the black and both magenta. After small charge, several cleanings, and nozzle checks, I get magenta spraying. I am attaching the test print from after getting everything working, and then the one that happened a day later.
I just replaced the maintenance station and am going to replace dampers later this week.
Any other advice would be greatly appreciated!
