Mutoh VJ 1614 Banding Issue

work hard
Hello to everyone in this forum !
I'm a owner of a second hand Mutoh 1614, which I bought a couple of months ago. The machine was really in wonderful condition, been used rarely for mostly canvas prints. As I'm new to this matter, I've read a lot about these Mutohs, and decided to buy I printer which is not hard to maintain and work with. I've tested it on the sellers spot, and it produced superb prints on satin paper. As I use it mostly for signage, I print mostly on vinyl - AVERY MPI 3500 and Ritrama ( common cheap brands here in Bulgaria). The problem I had since the beginning with this printer is the horizontal banding it does mostly visible in magenta and red areas. I've done a lot of test using different profiles, wave types ..etc. from the very beginning the nozzle check was 100% OK. Now I found the magenta has some nozzles not firing straight, but no nozzles missing at all. I clean the machine often, put solvent in the capping station, played couple of times with PF settings but this banding persists, never mind is I use wave or not. I've experienced a clogged nozzle and it produced waved binding. This type ( in the attached pics ) is just like something scratches the vinyl. Also in the pattern test I found very nasty magenta drops and ink splattered around the areas where too much magenta is used.
I'll be very thankful if You share Your experience with me and help me be a better user of this nice printer.

The Mutoh is running with Inktec ecosol substitute inks which scratch resistance is very good and PhotoPrint 6.1. Profiles - downloaded from web. In the pictures with the rectangles You can see different waves and print speeds resulting in different banding width.

open de box on the left side with screwdriver, clean there the transparant round disc.
Dust on this disc make this banding.
