Hi. I´m new here and hope to get some help. I got myself a Mutoh VJ-628 from an old client/competitor. First the machine didn´t print anything and then after couple of tries when the machine was powered on head only moved for couple of sentimeters(1-2 cm). Can someone give pointers where to start to look for resolving this problem. Oh and the printer had been in a storage room for a year without no one had used it before I tried.
