Mutoh VJ1204 Banner Printing issue

I am trying to print to a banner on my Mutoh VJ1204, but no ink is showing on the banner? It prints fine on other types of media with the head lowered. When raise the head for grommeted banners i get nothing? Anybody have any experience with this issue?
