Mutoh VJ1204 Color problems

I have a Mutoh VJ1204 and I use Flexisign Pro 10, recently the colors have been coming out very light and not full. I have tried many different color profiles, print modes, and cleaning the machine but cannot rectify the problem I've been having. Any input or suggestions on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

we have a client with same problem....nothing helps "all profiles a.s.o used/tested no changes"
Printing no colorful red "Magenta 100% + Yellow 100% output dirty pale red

Firmware 1.09 check to update to the newest Firmware version.

could be a damper or maintenance station going bad.

Grey coming out pinkish

We are experiencing a problem with our VJ1204 where when we print Grey we have a Pink-laced grey that comes out... I cant figure it out without printing the image(a background) alone.
