Need Help my Epson s60600 is having a random problem

it can be working perfect all of a sudden it will stop printing a quarter of the way through and just rolling the material forward the only way of stopping it is to tan the machine off and restart the computer at the same time

I had this same issue with my S40600. After a lot of trial and error I ended up having to switch to a network port, my USB port somehow started to have dataloss once I switched to the network port did not have that issue.

I had this problem with one of my printers several years ago….all we did was change the usb cable. Sometimes they burn out.
