What version of Flexi are you using and when was the last time it worked? Did you install any new programs on the computer or did your antivirus software update? If you didn't make any changes to your system and the antivirus and windows update didn't update anything the best thing to do is use the Preference Manager application and load factory defaults. You will have to re-add any of your output devices to Production Manager but it should get it to open.
