my mutoh 1624 got a problem, no ink flow

I change CR board Ass, got a error code e152 fuse, I change a one.
now
my printer has no error code. I tried to print out something, but no ink flowed (no any ink flowed). Could you tell me what's the problem?

did the replaced fuse blow again?
you may want to check VOLTAGE (dc) on both sides of the fuses.
the fact that a fuse is intact is no guarantee that the correct voltage is reaching the fuse

i bought my mutoh(s) about 2 years ago, and am stilll getting used to the quirks they have
SOMEWHERE along the line the maintenance station can f**k up you flow of inks, and from what i can see that horrible little pump (it's only about the size of 2 "c" batteries) that performs the cleaning cycle could be the villan
