My premask hates me

This has been an on going issue with my shop over the last 4 years.... Our A/C doesn't exist and is very humid which is part of the reason.

We are doing 100 prints with a contour cut around some text my issue is the premask isn't picking up the letters!! I have to lift the edge of each individual letter to get them to pick up.. I've used 2 different tapes and we just ordered one that our supplier says has the most adhesive they have and yet again. No lift.

Anyone have any idea why they aren't lifting?

Dehumidifiers and better app tape will help.
