Mystera for office/navigation signage

Has anyone tried carving / selling signage made out of a product like Mystera? i.e. Office/building navigation signs? (It's obviously too heavy for anything large.)

I'm not sure if the surface can be painted or not...

Is there a better option? (I.e. Corian)?

I've done stuff from Avonite and Corian. I'd imagine Mystera is about the same stuff being solid surface. You can paint it, it just needs to be prepped like any other plastic. Order some samples and play with it - you have nothing to lose.
