Need a color profile

I've been looking everywhere for a color profile for DPF 4560GTX (Arlon 3mil Calendared Vinyl) for my Roland Soljet III xj740. Does anyone know where I can find it or a generic one that will work? Thanks in advance. I'm using VersaWorks v5

It's a gloss finish. I just want to get the colors right. I'm trying a generic profile for calendared wrap vinyl that I found. I'll post if it worked. I just wanted to find the specific profile for that vinyl as I get better results if I do.

I wouldn't use 'generic', as they tend to be way out there for colors. I think those are leftover Japanese profiles which don't accurately work for us. Try a calendared glossy profile on a small piece and go from there.

If you don't have the ability to make a custom profile and the manufacturer doesn't supply one, what I do is just get some profiles from competing brands (in this case Avery, 3M, etc.) that are for the same type of material. Do 3-4 test prints and it will likely be clear right away which one works best.

Sometimes even profiles for other types of materials will do in a pinch. I use a polyester blockout film profile for my flag material as it seems to balance the colours well and it doesn't oversaturate the ink.

Try GCVP profile...I hate that one but it's the only thing that worked on our sp300 (which really doesn't mean anything in your case). I'd also try what the above person mentioned...that profile is pretty ink heavy and slow printing, it'll print about any media including banner.
