Check on damper, cap top and manifold first. Sometimes it is not the print head. If you are sure it is, below is the link for a brand new Roland DX4 print head.

I'll second that remark. We've purchased our last few heads through them. Just ordered four yesterday, and they'll probably be here today!
Excellent service, but call them for the time being, as they're having some server issues, and email might not be the best route if you're in a bind.
