Need a favor. Can anyone convert a .plt file to .ai or .pdf

We have a customer who brought us a .plt file and we stopped using them about a year ago after upgrading equipment and the only computer that had gerber software on it died. Could I emial a file to some and have it converted to an .AI or .PDF? I would really appreciate it! Thanks
