my first thought it sears offers. it's not multiple sear that are doing the offering, it's implying a singular brand owned by sear.

Sears as a singular company would be singular, I believe, so I'd go with the 'offers' also.

Even though it has an "S" at the end, Sears is a singular noun, so it requires the singular verb, which has an "S" at the end of it. Thank you confusing English language!

Ditto to the singular noun. Collective nouns are also treated as singular nouns (Army, Orchestra, Church, School, and so on).
