Need a little font help

[J&R Sign Company]

I've searched though thousands of handwritten fonts and I'm at my wits end.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I would say it's MV Boli - both "Express" and "LITTLEROCK, CA" look like they've been "squeezed" a bit and "Express" looks like it's also had additional slant (italic) added to it.
