View is A&S Snapper Script. The serif typeface is going to be trickier to identify.

The closest I got for the other one is Thorndale AMT bold.
It is 98% there, the picture so blurry that it could be correct.

I'd say your guess is about as good as any. If I have a few minutes later on today, I'll trace the most prominant characters and take another crack at it.
