Need a source for .080 reflective brown alum (3" x 36")

Grimco sells aluminum with reflective sheeting pre-installed.
contact whomever you get your substrate from.

or get the aluminum blanks and apply the reflective as needed

Grimco can't cut smaller than 6in. We've been getting 6 x 36 and using or sheer to split 'em. Outr sheer isn't made for that thickness and makes it very difficult, if not damaging.

How many ??
We try to keep 10-20 on hand. Maybe use 8 -10 about every 2 months or so

Update. Our sheer works but you have to put a lot of weight into it. It's a foot operated lever and if you're a lightweight well...

if your suppliers are unable to cut the material for you, really odd if they can't.
Try calling a local machinist / CNC operator and have them cut multiple sheets of material, you then apply graphics as needed

I think you answered your own question...... just get a heavy person on that machine and keep the cost in-house.
