Need Help Need a Vinyl match for PMS 7686C

Between 3M, Avery, Oracal, Shinerite, Arlon and FDC... I can’t find a good enough match. Some say sapphire, some Lt. Navy, some Matte Blue... Help!

I don't have that color on my Pantone charts, but looking at it online and looking at the color C100 M73 Y0 K10, I think just Vivid Blue might be the closest color.

I think either 3m Sapphire or Oracal 751- Cobalt or King are pretty darn close? I attached some pictures for you.

Thank you everyone. I think Oracal King Blue and Traffic Blue are closest but the boss has me going with 3M Sapphire.
