Need a wholesale source for political signs

I need to find out who wholesales to the trade, the bag signs, and the fold/and staple signs that go over h-stakes.

approximately 14x22 (28x22 unfolded) run of 30,000... but 150 different signs.

We just recently lost a bid for 150,000 pcs. They were kind enough to tell me they had a price of 58 cents each with stand. They were 18" x 24" bag signs with the 'U' shape stand. However, we got the job for the 4' x 4's of Cor-X.

I'm trying to find out where they got 58 cents.
