Need an ADA guru... Rick!!!!

I am doing some ADA and we are trying to determine exactly what LRV% difference is required - if it is a specific % number or not... I keep seeing light on dark or dark on light but no specifics... and I see trouble on the horizon if we do what the Interior Decorator wants... not sure it will be compliant...

any way you can point me in a direction to find that info?

The LRV is 70%

How to determine that? Most paint companies have the LRV specs, either in their site or on their swatch books. The lighter color and darker color must be within the 70 lrv range.
