Need banner flags, contacted merchant member, never got a response

I need to get a wholesale supplier of printed banner flags with the poles, the curved type.

I went through the merchant member directory and came up with one supplier and I contacted that merchant member by phone message and email but never got a response. I prefer a California or West Coast supplier but will work with just about anyone.

TIA on suggestions of who does these.
