Need Gerber Spectratone Help

I need to find out which foils are needed to make a Gerber Spectratone color for PMS 300 and I don't have the software available at the moment. Would anyone be able to quickly find that out for me? Thanks!

Pantone 300 C = No Top Layer with 100% Transparent Blue GCT-617 for the bottom layer.
