its an avenue banner hanger. we sell them all the time and they are really sturdy. If you have a supplier give them a call. they are fairly cheap

All I can tell ya is don't buy the $60 ones from Fellers. They're horrible.

Best ones we have used are from Kalamazoo Banner Works aka Consort Display Group. Hands down top quality. We replaced many cheap ones some other shop installed at a major military base about 5 years ago. Not one single failure - the cheap ones the other place installed were junk and we breaking in less than a year..

the one aspect to their is you have to be careful what direction you place the mounts as they are at an angle and if not installed correct there will be no tension on the banner
