need help converting a .fs file

hello my name is pete. I need a little bit of help. I had a sign shop make some decals for me a while back for my shop. I recently stopped doing business with them bc of various things. the old sign shop gave me a copy of my logo file. Problem it was made with flexi and its in .fs format. The new sign shop cant open this file.

can anyone convert it to a .ai file or jpg that way it can be scanned in or just opened up?

i tried looking for a converter but nothing will recognize the .fs file.

.ai or any picture file will help so i can keep a copy of it on my personal computer.

so a guy signs up to signs 101 who isn't even in the sign field to have his file translated to a file his sign guy can use and blah blah blah....

and then a sign supply vendor jumps in to translate it for him.....


i'm sorry, but doesn't this just seem wrong......

wasn't pickin on you fred....

seems to me like he's an end user, a customer.

seems like bobby was helping the end user insteasd of letting the professional sign shop that this customer was dealing with handle the situation.

if the guy came on here and said, hey i don't have flexi can someone convert this. then i don't see any flags go up.

i was only stating the obvious. hell, maybe i'm wrong, maybe this guy owns a shop and not flexi and he needs help. wouldn't be the first time.
