Need help converting image to a printable file

Hi, I have attached a .jpg of my friends logo, and I need to cut it in vinyl. Can someone convert this to a file I can send to my cutter, or outline how I need to do it? I had stepped away from the area for a while, and feel like a fish out of water!

No, its actually two Palm trees at an angle. My friend owns a company that sells turf, carpet grass, trees etc.
