Need help finding font

    I need help finding this font, I'm looking for the font used for the WCE

    The W and C are Brophy Script slanted 13 degrees, forced to about 120% and with an outline to fatten it up, but the C is likely just some concocted letter because they didn't like the script look of the Brophy E.

    OOPS - I meant the "E" is a concocted letter, not "C"
