Need help finding these banner stands

Does anyone know where I can either get just the frames for these or someone who can make the entire thing? Its a 3ft tall, by 6 ft wide A-frame bracket with what appears to be a stretchy fabric banner, double sided.

my client calls it a "pop up display." but we've never made anything like thise.

we were approached to do a similar type sign on a HS football field. when we asked how far away they would be placing their reply was right on the sidelines........ we passed, can you image the legal actions if someone impacted on of these and got injured because of this frame
