Need help finding this font.

I have had no luck finding this font yet and have no automated means. Can anyone help? Hopefully the image is attached I am new at this so if it doesn't work tell me how and I will get it there.

Well I tried whatthefont.com but no luck. I did make a black & white, so in case anyone else has font search site that could use this file, here it is:

Thanks for the help I will see what they want to do and if they want to buy the font or get something similar to it as a free font. THey work for a mission and do not have a lot of funds.
