need help for latex 360 problem

I have a problem starting my HP Latex 360, it gets stuck at 48% and displays this error message number 43.1:11. If anyone has already encountered this problem I have not found any solution on the internet. What I understood from the message is that there is a problem of an eola vacuum card and thank you

Check the cables and connections to vacuum pca. Maybe you have done some service and there is a bad connection.
If nothing else, replace it.
