Yep, I know those tools. Neither got me an answer, that's why I came here.

player condensed is probably a close base font for this with those notches added and the center serif block edited out of the E's

That was a weird one, and I found it interesting that it is not a font for sale from any legit vendor. You can however email darryl and ask for the font files:
