Off the top of my head, I would say it is a custom font. Are you able to provide any more of the characters?

Nope...they want me to recreate their Hats. Thats all i have to go with.

I'd try to find an "S" in a font that is similar at the top, then modify by node editing in Illustrator or Corel. Or send it off to the vector doctor.
It's a rather poor image to work with, can you get better artwork?

nope...ofcourse he only has a camera phone.

I'll go through and see what i can do. I appreciate the ideas.

Looks like a 'Bastardized' Old English, Fractur or something similar.
