Need Help! Mutoh 1304

New Member
I was getting these marks and assumed it was the head. I changed the head, capping station, and dampers. Now I'm just lost. New head installed and it's doing the same thing. It's always at the 39" mark of the media. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Agree with Khan, most likely encoder strip is dirty or scratched and thus why it keeps happening in the same spot.

i would also check your flex cable for a break. looks like its hitting a spot and getting a bad signal.
